Swathmaster fitment question

I am looking at a 2016 Swathmaster pickup header and wondering, will it fit on a Case IH 2388 or 7120 combine? I am trying to avoid any compatibility headaches before I make a move, any idea on what mods might be needed?

Good call checking first. compatibility can definitely get tricky with headers! I think the Swathmaster was commonly used with John Deere or New Holland setups, so for a Case IH 2388 or 7120, you might need an adapter kit or custom mounts. Have you checked the drives and hydraulics match up too?

The main things to keep an eye on are the drives and hydraulics. If you run into any mounting problems, using an adapter kit should take care of most of those issues.
