John Deere 9650

I have my trusty John Deere 9650 which has been serving me well, but the younger part of my family tree is trying to convince me to go for something modern. They say that models with a JDLink modem can be beneficial for me. Can they?

My nephew finally talked me into trying JDLink on a newer model we use for custom harvesting. Honestly, it's been handy. I agree with @bbqb0b you get real-time machine data, remote diagnostics, and it even helps track fuel use and maintenance.
